House Apartment available for football games, graduation, or any other local activities. Cozy home away from home! Fits 4 comfortably. A fifth person can be accommodated with air mattress on floor. There are NO cleaning fees so please compare accordingly. Breakfast items, drinks, and snacks provided. Close to downtown and Beaver Stadium/Lubrano Park/Bryce Jordan Center. Check out negotiable.

This cozy, well appointed, clean, apartment is completely separate from house. You can come and go as you please, receiving a code to punch into wireless entry. It has one bedroom with a closet, and queen mattress. TV room on lower level with visual privacy barrier if needed, has a new queen foam mattress sofa bed. Lots of linens and pillows. No smoking, and no pets please. Guests have control of the heating and cooling of the apartment. For the cooler months, heating is controlled by renter as each room has it's own thermostat. In the hotter months there is an AC unit and fans. Space is partially underground and is typically cooler.

Quiet neighborhood on cul de sac. Close to charming LeMont where you can find the best coffee shop/cafe in State College. LeMont is off of 322 exit, between the two major streets in State College; College Ave. & Atherton Street. Great restaurant close by, Happy Valley Brewery.
