Set in the peaceful country village of Burton Joyce, in the stunning Trent valley, 20 Mins from vibrant Nottingham.

A lovely studio apartment with ample off road parking, WiFi, Smart TV, central heating, kitchen area (kettle, toaster, fridge, combined microwave/oven, cutlery, plates).
A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment.
Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

This country village studio apartment is a lovely spacious, clean, quiet,peaceful place to stay.
Set in the lovely historic village of Burton Joyce,Which is located in the tranquil and beautiful Trent Valley.
The Studio Apartment is all fully contained giving guests there own personal access,meaning they are free to come and go as they please.
There are Flexible bed options providing sleeping for up to 5 guests,With a comfortable memory foam double bed available, a wooden single bed, and a leather pull out sofa bed, also on request we offer a travel cot bed for our little guests.
There is kitchen area with free Tea coffee,sink and a combination microwave,also a fridge with free chilled goods including fresh milk.

There is also a oak breakfast bar to provide a seated dining area.

Outside the apartment there is a fenced courtyard,with an outdoor seating area.
There is also a garden area with a large outdoor in-built trampoline.
Also our free roaming chickens (Rosie and Goldie) will be keen to say hello!

We also provide all bed linen and towels for our guests convenience.
We like to provide some little thoughtful touches to give the guest a wonderful experience, including a free complimentary welcome basket with a choice of breakfast cereals, bread products, milk, biscuits, tea/coffee. We also have complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.
Provided for your convenience are USB charging points and high speed WIFI.
We are also lucky to have lots of local country walks/cycle trails available from the apartment with The River Trent and the beautiful Trent valley only a 5 minute walk away, we also provide walking and cycling guides in the apartment.
The Village has great transport links, with a regular good bus/train service into Notingham. (The village has it own local train station), There is also a local park and ride service available 4 miles from the village,to take you directly into the city.
With the city being so close we are also really well located for top sporting venues like the City ground,Trent Bridge,and the national watersports centre at Holme Pierrepoint.

The M1 and A1 are also within 30 Minutes, giving easy transport links.
Free off road parking for multiple cars is available.

We really love our village. The centre is a 10 minutes walk which has everything you will need including a small supermarket, coffee shops, country pubs, post office, pharmacy, bus stop, doctors etc.

There are a number of lovely local countryside walks/cycle trails suitable for all ages.

The village has excellent transport links to Nottingham and other local towns.

Sherwood forest and the brand new Robin hood visitor center at Edwinstowe are are all within an easy 30 minutes drive,Thorsby Hall, Rufford Park and Clumber Park are very close all in the heart of Sherwood forest.

There are also lots of lovely little villages within the Nottinghamshire countryside with some beautiful local pubs and other attractions to visit.

The Apartment is set in a relaxing and peaceful setting - however there are still all the amenities nearby so you will have everything you need on your doorstep.

There is a guide book in the Apartment and we are always available if you need advice about anything in particular best places to visit, eat, or any transport enquiries. Our contact details are left in the apartment, or just come and give us a knock.

Guests are free to come and go as they please with their own key to the Apartment.

Walk and cycle route guides are provided in the Apartment. There are a number of walks and cycle rides straight from the Apartment.
