ClickBelowForEnglish! 山手線新大久保駅徒歩４分,新宿駅東口徒歩９分。西武新宿駅徒歩６分。新宿のショッピングエリア、韓国街、歌舞伎町の中心まで徒歩４分の大変便利なロケーションです。新大久保駅までお迎えに参ります。直接来られる場合は、現地でお待ち致します。スペース内(16畳)には、２部屋の寝室(６畳×２)、浴室１、トイレ１、全て個人のスペースです。２階には、客室が一つ、共同のキッチン(１階にキッチンはありません)、洗濯乾燥機(日中12-15時、深夜23時-朝8時の間は使用不可)、１階には、他の客室はありません。テレビはHULU, YOUTUBE等はApple TVで見られますが、地上波TVは不可です。ご了承下さい。シャンプー、リンス、歯ブラシ、ドライヤー等、取り揃えております。コンビニまで徒歩２分、徒歩５分圏内には、ドンキホーテ、1000以上のレストラン＆バー、他２４時間救急対応の病院。徒歩でJR新宿駅の東側と西側の双方のエリアに観光が出来ます。必ずハウスルースをご確認下さい。旅館業ライセンス取得の施設です。

★This room is on the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms. The house is 3 stories(３階建).
We have one guest room on 1st floor and one guest room on 2nd floor.
One shared kitchen on 2nd Floor. Nobody stays on the 3rd floor.

Price may vary in vacation season and special events!
Please note that only 1 day-stay might cost more than you think, because of “the Cleaning Fee”

★The whole space is private. Private one space with 2 bedrooms(Not shared,個室). This private room has space of 16 tatami mats (300 square foot) on 1st floor, private 1 toilet and 1 bathroom.
★Two bedrooms with double beds(140cmx200cm).
★Amenity: towels, toothbrush, shampoo&conditioner, hair dryer&etc.
★Equipped shared Kitchen on 2nd floor is shared by 2 groups
★Private one Toilet & One bathroom
★Free hi-speed Wi-Fi

Hi, How are you doing?

Thank you for considering to stay my own house for your visit to Tokyo.

The room is renovated. The house is close to Kabuki-Cho (The most popular shopping & restaurants area in Tokyo) & Shinjuku station, you will comfortably enjoy convenient location .

There are 2 rooms available for 2-4 people. Please check 2 rooms when you consider for your beautiful stay.

I lived in L.A. for 3 years in 1980's and traveled overseas over 150 times mainly on U.S. business trip. Communication in English is just fine. My friend and my wife who are Japanese will help you, too.

I stay in walking distance. When you need help , I will come over in 15- 20 minutes.

We love Tokyo and have so much fun helping visitors discover diverse attractions and activities in and around Tokyo.
