Cute and Cosy 1.5 Story Craftsman located on a friendly, relatively quiet street in Downtown Fredericton.

Entrance to your separate unit is through the back gate on the side of the house that leads you into the back yard. Your separate entrance is the back door, entering into a sun room. Beyond that is a bathroom with a stand-up shower and washer/dryer, followed by a bedroom with a plush queen bed.

It is very easy to walk to any downtown destination; restaurants, shops, bars, banks, and pretty much anything else you could need!

On Saturdays, Fredericton’s Boyce Farmers Market takes place in the morning until 1pm and is easily walkable from my place. And Graystone - Fredericton's coolest bar* - is located just a block down the street. There are also often Food Truck's there most days in the fairer months too (If it is Monks and Jonesie, try the pulled duck naanwich).**

Optometrist, volleyball enthusiast, part-time yogi, craft-beer consumer, etc. I have lived in Fredericton most of my life, and love my little city with all of it's cute and charming things! I especially love the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings, and walking/biking the trails!

I love travelling and have done lots of it, and since 2012 I have been pretty much exclusively using Airbnb for my accommodations. I hope that my home can be a great place for people to stay, and that folks love it as much as I have loved the Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in while travelling!
