Our place is just a stone's throw away to Kailina beach and a walking distance to the famous Eco Park. It has a great view from the balcony facing the side of the mountain and is very relaxing. The house is fully furnished, has common toilets and is fully gated/fenced for safety and security of our guests. It is ideal for family with kids as you do not need to climb up staircase, good for group of friends and solo adventurers wanting to experience the untouched beauty of Carnaza island.

We want to let you feel how it feels like to stay in an island, the local way, away from densely populated cities.

Access to basic utilities such as electricity, water, wifi, etc.

ELECTRICITY:
This experience is not like any other, our place is not some fancy kind of property, it is truly an authentic island living experiencing the local way. Currently, the island has no access to power from the national grid. Thus, we opt to generate our own power through an off-grid solar power system which can power up the house 24/7. We also have our own back-up genset system dedicated for our house only just in case the sun is not shining much during the day.

WATER:
Source of water for washing and taking a bath is from the water well and is pump to our water tank system and distributed eventually to the whole house by gravity. Purified drinking water is provided for free to all guests.

WIFI:
We improve guest's experience while staying in our place. We provide FREE wifi for our guests to stay connected with their loved ones while enjoying their vacation.

About THE SPACE:
Our house has a total of 3 bedrooms (1 master and 2 common rooms) with living room and a terrace for our guests to sit down and relax. We have TV available and power points for charging mobile devices such as laptops, mobile phones, cameras, drones, etc.

We also have owned a small sari-sari store. Basic things needed in the island can be bought from there. We have a restaurant and a convenient store next to our house. Alternatively, if you enjoy cooking, kitchen is available to be used by guests in preparing and cooking food.

Bear with us if we won't be able to cater all your needs as some resources are very limited in the island but we are doing our best to provide the great service that we can to our guests.

I am an OFW currently working in Singapore. I lived and was raised in Carnaza Island and moved in Cebu City for study in 2002 at Cebu Institute of Technology - University. My wife and I love to travel, spend time together and discover new places. We started and pioneered an Airbnb accommodation in Carnaza Island in the year 2017 as means to help and sustain our parents' needs in the island. When you book our place, my parents and staff members will be there to assist you. Rest-assured that they are very accommodating, hospitable and will cater to your needs during your stay.

My parents and staff can assist your needs while you are staying in the island. They are very accommodating and helpful. You can also rent our boat, you can discuss with my dad or my brother for the whole day rent (pakyaw in Cebuano). They are willing to bring you for an island hopping.
