Luxury apartment in a beautiful building in the center & old town of Wrocław!

The apartment is located on the 3th floor of the V storey building from the early twentieth century. The apartment recently underwent a major refurbishment by a well known Polish artist, Oporska, which gave it a beautiful, unique look and character. Apartment has about 90m2 surface. High ceilings (330cm) make the apartment very bright and spacious.

Apartment finished in a highest standard with top class equipment.

Luxury apartment to host up to 6 people. In the guestroom there is a bed for 2 persons + and extra hidden bed for 1 person that you can pull from under the main bed. In the main bedroom you have a bed for 2 persons. In the livingroom you can transform an other 1 person bed from the couch (hidden system under the pillows).


The apartment is fully equipped - espresso machine, high speed internet access, wireless Sonos speaker, 55 inch LED 2019 Samsung TV with Netflix account, dish washer, combi washing machine (wash & dry), etc.

Also a parking space for free!

Ul. Pomorska is one of the most recognizable streets of Wroclaw. It is located between the Market square and the Staszica Park, near st. Stanislaw Dubois. One of the most charming places of the city - Island Słodowa - is just a 5min walk from the building. Within 10 minutes you can walk to Market Square, Salt Square, the Gallery of the Dominican and the shopping center 'Renoma'. In the neighborhood there is also popular Kepa Mieszczańska district and Botanical Garden. The neighborhood has full infrastructure: shops, supermarkets, restaurants and many other services. Close to major universities, schools and business centers. Nearby bus stops provide instant access to every corner of the city. In addition, the habitants are able to use a large car park at the rear of the building.
