This beautiful homestay aims to host travelers from all around the world, be a place for locals and travelers to exchange cultures and insights, provide a local experience to travelers through guided tours organized by us, and share Vietnamese food. We are surrounded by nature, rice fields and animals, perfect for a unique stay in a non-touristy part of Ha Giang.
We offer all meals but only breakfast is complementary.

Located in a small Tay village, Tho Homestay offers pet-friendly accommodation in Ha Giang. Free private parking is available on site.

Sleeping mats and mosquito nets are provided. The sleeping hall opens up to views of the garden and surrounding mountains. Free high-speed WiFi is provided.

The area is popular for fishing and hiking. Guests can take scenic walks and hikes through the river valleys and traditional rice terrace farmland. An English-speaking host also offers guided walking and motorbike tours to local ethnic villages and scenic areas in Ha Giang Province.

Guests can enjoy Vietnamese cuisine prepared by the family at the homestay. Breakfast is free while lunch and dinner are available at a low cost.

Tho Homestay is accessible by local bus from Ha Giang City, Sapa and Hanoi.

Hello travelers and friends :-) I am owner of Tho Homestay and Tea Ceremony in Ha Giang. It is a traditional cute home to a unique experience for travelers - it's like living with a Vietnamese family instead of sleeping in a boring hostel - and to be honest what do you want to see if you travel in a country? You really want to meet more Israelis, Germans or Aussies or do you want to know more about the locals???
So if your looking for a new non-touristic experience come and find out ;-))

This beautiful homestay leads to meet traveler from around the world, exchange with local and foreign people, gain some local experience through guided tours organized by the owner, sharing Vietnamese food and enjoying to be surrounded by nature, corn fields and animals. Perfect for a unique stay in a non-touristic area of Ha Giang.

You will sleep in a 8-bed mixed dorm or 2 double rooms and we will provide mattress, pillow, blanket and towels. The bathroom is a shared one and includes a heater for a hot shower. Furthermore, we provide breakfast which includes bread (Banh Mih) and scrambled eggs or pancake, of course, you can enjoy it while drinking a homemade green tea or a coffee. Besides your in the middle of the countryside, you have access to high-speed wifi.

I like to organize some unique tours for my guests through the beautiful nature of the Tay village. You will see rice fields, waterfalls and lot of animals .. the best thing there are no other tourist just my guests :-)

It is a non-touristic beautiful spot with some local shops where you can buy snacks and drinks.

The best to get around is to come here by motorbike, you can park it on my property. Otherwise, I will organise some tours for you and show you around.
