This 6000 square foot fully equipped. Just hosted a group of 25 people that stayed for a week comfortably with plenty space & amenities for all. Located close to the airport for convenience this home has 7 rooms and 8 beds & a new Pool Table, Theatre room , Workout Room, Suana, Massage Room Heated Pool / Jacuzzi. $15,000 Massage King Bed with Jacuzzi Tub. There are security cameras to further ensure the safety of all guest & host. 1 covers the living room, 1 the hallway, 1 backyard & 1 driveway

For a $200 fee or 10% of your booking cost over $2000 as a deposit, i will lock down your dates if you dont have the total amount available and dont want anyone else to book your dates. This will be nonrefundable and not subtracted from total cost of booking. Bookings are subject to immediate early termination due to excessive damage, any infraction including noise that result in arrival of law enforcement and extra unpaid guest on property. There is a mandatory $150 cleaning fee for all bookings due. I can send u a payment link u must approve through the Airbnb app. There are 5 cameras on property. One at front door, one in driveway, one in backyard, one in living room and one in downstairs front door hallway. This is for your protection as well as mine and that of the property. No cameras are in private areas at all and they record always to prevent theft or any crime. There will be no parties, fish frys or gathering of extra people on the property unless paid for in advance. This could result in cancellation of your stay without refund. All parties, events and get togethers will be a cheaper price till midnight and full price if you want to stay the night till next day checkout time at 10 am. Make sure you obtain and give me an accurrate head count of how many guest will be on the property including pets. For normal rentals without an event, There is a charge of $50 per person for every guest over reservation amount irregardless if they dont stay overnight per day. Also there is a 1x fee of $150 per pet. You absolutely must pick up any poop that ur pet does in my yard or there will be $500 fee charged to your reservation. Cameras inform me of the amount of people that are on the property so please be 100% honest with me as you would expect me to be with you. If false headcount is given or not properly paid in advance it will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund because it will be of no error of mine but totally your noncompliance of stated rules. Thanks very much for choosing me as your property host and 98% of the time everyone is honest and clear and really enjoy their stay here and love the quality of all amenities. For a fee of $150 you can rent a Hookah. For a fee of $150 you can rent the trampoline. For a fee of $100 you can rent the water unicorn. For a fee of $150 you can rent a sporting Pay per View Fight. For a fee of $75 per hour i can Dj your party inside home and outside pool area. For a fee of $500 you can bring your own Dj but he must be done by 10pm. No Dj allowed or permitted to play music after 10pm.
Movie experience with All Inclusive FireStick providing all movies in the theatres and all Tv Shows and series from every network old and new! I reserve the right to stay and assist on all large parties and events for obvious reasons to ensure that things run smoothly and comfortably to all guest at no charge. Do not for any reason touch or alter pool equipment, pumps, gauges or pool heater because of the high possibility of damage from lack of operating knowledge. Excessive cleaning fee will be an extra $350! Clean up behind yourself and put all trash in outside trash cans before you leave. There are no shoes to be worn on steps nor upstairs at any time. Violation of this will result in a $250 capet cleaning fee. Smoking fee for smoking inside the house is $500. Do not for any reason use the display decoration towels on the wall or there will be a $100 fee assessed to your stay.
