Welcome to my place which is an ancestral property of mine and has been in the family for more than 450 years. My great grandfather was the last one to live here and around 3 years ago I renovated this property and started hosting here.

There is an amazing view of the Fort from the rooftop where you can sip tea and enjoy while relaxing in the sun. While you're here, enjoying your stay in a room which is well-versed with modern amenities, I'm sure your stay will be a memorable one!

The Place:
Our small oasis located just a minutes walk from Jaisalmer Fort, is a small home where I have tried my best to keep it versed with modern amenities. As informed that this is an ancestral property and after renovation, the place has become my second home. The rooftop view is of the Jaisalmer Fort, where you can relax, soak in the vibe of the city.

The Room:
The room being shown here is one of our special rooms and it is well versed with modern luxury. The bed is a King-size bed having a comfortable mattress. The room is accessible from the original staircase of this Haveli-style designed place. The bathroom has modern fixtures and the 'Jharokha' in the room also is a great place to relax on.

The area:
The area around our property is the lanes around the Fort and we are surrounded by the Families who have lived here for centuries and thus you'll be experiencing authentic Rajasthani culture during your stay here.
The whole of the Fort nearby can be explored on foot and you will love getting lost inside the small by-lanes around here.

Amenities:
-The bathroom has access to 24 hours Hot & Cold water along with all the other modern amenities.
-The bedside lamps are there for your reading comfort and can be easily switched on & off.
-The TV has access to more than 200+ channels
-The Air Conditioning is powerful and can cool the room to desired temperature in a few minutes.
-There is high speed internet & WiFi which you can access from the room.
-The bedside lamps are there for your reading comfort.

Proximity:
Our place is located near the Jaisalmer Fort and all the major tourist attractions such as the Old Market called "Bazaar", The "Patwaon ki Haveli", The "Nathmal Ki Haveli", Numerous Jain Temples, The Gadisar Lake and many more things are in a 1 km vicinity of our place.
The Royal Cenotaphs (Called the "Bada Bagh") & the abandoned villages of "Kuldhara" & "Khaba" which are not only major tourist attractions but also have a big historical importance to Jaisalmer are located between 5-15 km of vicinity from here.
Also, the train station & the bus stand are a 10 mins driving distance from here.

*If you're looking for a longer stay, I'm willing to negotiate the price for that as well.

Our place is unique for the cultural heritage around us and the history that is associated with this city. I have tried our best to maintain the essence of the place yet keeping it adorned with modern amenities.

Hi there,
I'm Pratimesh, A native of Jaisalmer and have been a Hotelier in the past. After doing my Post Graduation in Political Science, I decided to become a host since I had been involved in the Tourism sector in Jaisalmer since a long time.

I like to Travel and have extensively traveled all over India. The love of meeting new people and forging new relationships has now converted into a profession of mine which i cherish every single day. I also like to listen to music (Bollywood & Folk Rajasthani) and love to watch movies (Drama, Comic etc.).

My style of Hosting is to see that my guests are comfortable and feel as they've come to an old friend's place and feel as if they're at their home!
