The famous Sellin pier and the Baltic Sea beach with its fine white sand are only a 10-minute walk away. On the way there, numerous restaurants, bars and cafés in Wilhelmstraße invite you to linger.
The extensive renovation of this flat was completed in April 2018 and the carpet on the upper floor was replaced with vinyl flooring. Structural plaster was also applied and the wood panelling was renewed. The bathroom has been completely remodelled, retiled, given textured plaster and fitted with new ceramics.
