The villa is big (350 sq meters on a 1200 sq meters land ). It is composed of 4 bedrooms (can sleep up to 10 persons and more if needed), 5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a european kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchenware and an outdoor cozy terrace
There is a covered outdoor lounge area with Sofas and couches to enjoy a rest near the swimming pool, equipped with a bar and a Jacuzzi
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric glass ceramic cook top, Nespresso machine, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen equipment
The living room is huge with a TV connected to Cable TV,a wine cellar, a workspace and many sofas and comfortable chairs to relax
All the rooms are equipped with TV, AC, and private bathroom (we will also provide you amenities such as toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo upon arrival)
Free WIFI (Fiber Optic) everywhere in the property
The terrace is adapted to organize diners and parties with its tables, pizza oven, and 5 fires BBQ, outside bar and refrigerators
Garden is equipped with garden table and comfortable sunbeds to relax
There is also an interior bike to keep fit
Private parking can allow 4 cars to park
Upon your arrival you will find in the refrigerators water and cold beers to refresh yourself and start to enjoy your holidays
