The Firefly is a nine room boutique inn on two acres of lawn and gardens in the center of Kent village, two hours from New York. Guests have the run of the living room with its baby grand, the patio and sun loungers, the croquet lawn, and a pantry of complimentary snacks, espresso, coffees and teas. Bikes are available to borrow. Kent Green, with the village's restaurants, galleries and shops, is a short walk from the front door. Families are welcome; adjoining rooms can be arranged.

Your room and private bath are yours alone. The living room, patio, gardens, pantry and bikes are shared with other guests of the inn. Self check in with a keypad. Free parking on the property.

Weekends from late September through October carry a two night minimum. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM and children must be supervised at all times. Guests must be 21 or older to reserve and check in. The inn is not pet friendly; our Garden Cottages, a five minute walk away, are. Breakfast is not served; the pantry is stocked around the clock. No cleaning fee.
