Unwind at our coastal St Pete cottage overlooking Tampa Bay. Our newly remodeled 1920s Colonial is family and vacation friendly. Relax in the shady gulf breezes on our two front porches. Grill your catch and eat it al fresco on the back porch. An outdoor shower awaits after your fun on Tampa Bay and Lassing Park across the street. Close to the Bay and to Downtown but high above any storm tides. Walk/Bike to the Grand Prix, SP Pier, Dali Museum, USFSP, the Rays and the Rowdies Stadium.

You've found a two-story, colonial cottage with heart pine shining everywhere. Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs. The main is large and en-suite. A guest bath and laundry room are downstairs by the eat-in kitchen. A main salon and an office share the downstairs with a covered back porch. Double-gallery front porches are great for watching a thunder shower roll past. The hanging porch swing has shade, a cool breeze and stunning views almost every afternoon. Sunrises with your morning coffee are equally rewarding. You're about 25 minutes from the Gulf Beaches, 5 minutes from Downtown St. Pete and across the street from Tampa Bay. It's an incredible spot. Every dog and kitesurfer that has ever been to Lassing Park has left happy. Here's hoping you will too.

It's our home, but you have the run of the place. Our house is a lovingly-restored 1920s gem with all of the things a family often has in their home. All three porches and the front and back yards are yours to enjoy. There are gas, pizza and charcoal grills out back. Hammocks in front and back. Yard and park/beach games fill the back porch and patio. Basketball, Cornhole, Pickleball. Beach chairs. Outdoor shower. Mangoes and Avocados from our trees in season. Canoe and Paddleboard. Bring your own fishing gear: the seatrout, snook and redfish are biting out front. Lassing Park is a semi-famous kite surfing spot, "the country club." It's quite a show when it's really on. People travel from all over to kite in St Pete. We're on a great spot. Only the garage and owners closets will be locked for your visit.
