*Healthy, farm cuisine is prepared fresh daily by our staff. Most of our fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs are freshly picked from our organic gardens and meat is sourced from local, sustainably-raised farms. Fresh milk, cream and ghee are produced from our farm dairy. Cooking oils & juices are cold pressed and all the spices are grounded in-house as well in our kitchen.
We avoid buying packaged product's and also source fresh and organic produce from fellow farmers and the local community.
100% of our kitchen & food waste is either fed to farm animals or composted for the organic gardens along-with plant cuttings and animal manure.
