Apartment complex with an excellent location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, yet offering privacy amidst the natural surroundings. Just 5 minutes from Marino Ballena National Park.

Secure parking monitored by cameras within the complex. We offer a fully equipped kitchen.

Your ID (national ID or passport) is required for billing purposes, as mandated by the Costa Rican Ministry of Finance.

We want you to enjoy your time with us to the fullest, so we're sharing some important details to keep everything in perfect condition:

🧹 Pool maintenance:
On Thursday mornings, we'll need access to the pool so our cleaning team can perform the necessary maintenance. This helps us ensure optimal performance and water quality. Thank you for your understanding!

🚭 General rules for the property:

We remind you that smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. We are a 100% smoke-free property. (Fine: $350)

Parties and events are not allowed. (Fine: $500)
Please refrain from playing loud music during the day, as it could disturb your neighbors. We want to maintain a harmonious and relaxing environment for everyone. After 10:00 p.m., please remain quiet and avoid noise that may disturb the rest of others.

Do not litter the street or in common areas.

Pets are not allowed on the property. If this rule is violated and pets are brought in without authorization, a $100 fine will be applied for additional cleaning and maintenance.

Late checkouts are not permitted without the host's authorization (Fine: $100).

Please supervise children in the pool area.

🔥🍖 Barbecue Use:
You can enjoy the grill by bringing your own charcoal. Remember to request its exclusive use in advance. We ask that you leave it clean after use: remove food scraps and grease, and deposit the ashes in the trash can (not on the lawn or garden). The grill is not permitted to be taken to the beach. If the grill is not left clean, a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

If you wish to make commercial recordings, you must pay an additional $200. Remember to respect the privacy of other guests in the space.

Did you break or damage anything?:
If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can try to replace it. We strive to provide excellent service, but we also ask that you understand that you are responsible for covering the cost of any replacement or repair.
