1. ID / Passport Verification
For security, the main guest (booker) must provide a valid ID, plus IDs for all other guests staying. You can send these via the chat on airbnb.

2. Cleaning Services
Fresh sheets, towels, and a full cleaning are provided before check-in.

No cleaning will be provided during your stay unless it has been pre-booked in advance.

Extra cleaning is available for IDR 400,000 per session (includes linen & towel change + 2 hours deep cleaning).

This fee is per session (not daily). Please let us know your preferred time for cleaning.

Toiletries are not provided. Tissues, plastic bin liners, and dishwashing supplies are restocked at check-in or during extra cleaning.

Trash: Please take rubbish to the janitor’s room (same floor, right side after lift alley).
⚠️ Excessive trash = IDR 400,000 fee.

3. Parking
Monthly parking is available. Fee is charged upfront based on your stay length.

A refundable deposit is required for the parking card.

To activate parking, send us your STNK copy.
⚠️ Activation takes 7 working days (no last-minute requests). If not yet activated, daily parking fees apply at the ticket machine.

4. 🚭 Non-Smoking
Strictly no smoking inside.
⚠️ Violation = IDR 500,000 fine.

5. No Parties / Large Gatherings
For everyone’s comfort, parties and big gatherings are not allowed.

6. No pets

7. Cleanliness
Please keep the unit clean and handle it with care, avoiding any damage such as stains on the sofa, bed, and other furnishings.
⚠️ Excessive mess = IDR 500,000 fine.
