Luxury one bedroom apartment in a heritage building ( 1846 splendour) in Goulburn CBD. The apartment is situated on the first floor in a Georgian building, but has all modern conveniences and furnishings.
Fast Wi-Fi and all utilities included. You can also enjoy sitting in the lovely courtyard.
It is within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, clubs and all the fine things Goulburn has to offer.
Two bicycles are available for use; the new river walking/ bike tracks are fabulous.

The apartment is spacious and is suitable for a romantic weekend away, but also perfect for longer stays if relocating.
A study nook with a desk provides an ideal work environment, and the lounge is a lovely area to relax with a glass of wine!

You can walk everywhere from the apartment , and bicycles are available if youwish to venture further.

Steve and I have travelled and lived all over the world and one of our favourite things to do is to spend time in a place, get to know the locals, food etc
We are also in the accommodation industry with a 175 year old guest house and so we also enjoy all things historical.
We have lived in Goulburn for 10 years are are free to advise with local and regional knowledge. While you are visiting we would love to show you around our historic home; you may wish to 'take a turn around the ballroom!
Steve is an artist specialising in architectural landscapes , and Claire is a keen quilter.
