Nice 35m2 apartment located in a cute private and quite street in the 10th district. The neighborhood is both popular and trendy with fancy café and delis. Very good public transportation links 5minuts away from the apartment.

the apartment is located in a cute and flourished private street isolated from the street and the noise by a big door. You can have a nice drink or even eat in the street if you have the chance to get there first (but be quite please)

It is a one room apartment with a real double bed (size 140x200cm). There is also a think (40cm high) self inflating double bed with its sheets. One wardrobe to put your belongings in, a desk with a computer, a foldable dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a real oven, microwave, toaster, boiler, two gaz cookers.

The bathroom is quite big (compared to Parisian standards) with toilets, hair dryer.

There is also a washing machine, and a drying rack.

The neighborhood is both popular and trendy. Quite crappy but welcoming bars with cheap beer or trendy restaurants, you can choose whatever suits you. It is one of the last rising neighborhood of Paris, so the lousy old shops are progressively getting replaced by new trendy places. People mix a lot in the various bars and restaurants close to the apartment, you will find different "passages", tiny covered streets with shops and restaurants, the "passage brady" is famous for its numerous indian food restaurants.
10 minutes walk away from the "canal Saint Martin"
The neighborhood is very much alive almost 24/7 but the apartment is quite because it is deep in the private street.
The metro is close and connects easily with most of Paris (3 metro lines).
