Nice small independent apartment in a historic building in the center of Toscolano, ideal for two people. Restoration lasted 4 years and just finished. 200 meters from the beach and 20 meters from both a bar and restaurant, and only 20 minutes walk from the main square of Maderno where there are many other bars and restaurants overlooking the picturesque view of the gulf.

- walks in neighboring villages including Tremosine with its breathtaking views of the lake, Limone del Garda with its cantilevered bike path on the lake, Gargnano with its small harbours, Salò for lovers of shopping and lakefront aperitifs.
- visit the house of the famous poet Gabriele D'Annunzio in Gardone Riviera (Vittoriale degli Italiani)
