Relax in this lovely spacious two bedroom caravan, with it's own private enclosed garden and deck/patio area. Sea and beach views from the living, dining and deck/patio area. A 3 minute walk to the large sandy beach at Lligwy and the all Wales coastal path.

Main bedroom with double bed, walk in wardrobe and en-suite shower room.
Second bedroom has a small double bed, but with one side against a wall and other side has a narrow walkway (see photo)
SHOWER ROOM Walk in shower (3’4” x 2’), W.C. and wash hand basin. Jack and Jill access (two entrance doors); one en-suite to main bedroom and one to hallway.
LIVING AREA. Open plan with views of the sea, beach and surrounding coast and countryside from the floor to ceiling front windows, and patio door leading to decked area. Flat screen T.V. A two seater sofa and two swivel armchairs. Electric flame effect fire.
DINING AREA Open plan with dining table and chairs.
KITCHEN AREA Open plan. Fully equipped with built-in oven, grill and hob, built in fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher.
Washing machine in cupboard outside.
GARDEN and DECK/PATIO Private and enclosed with a lawn and patio decked area with outside dining garden furniture.

A few minutes walk to the world renowned ancient village of Din Lligwy.
On the beautiful Island of Anglesey (connected by two road bridges).

1. All Bedding and linen supplied - Need to bring all types of towels, hand, bath and beach towels. Towels can be provided at £5 for 2 towels (per person)
2. We Supply: Tea towel, dish cloth, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 loo rolls, and household cleaning products.
3. We do NOT supply any personal body washing products.
4. PETS: No pets allowed.
5. For our insurance and fire regulations, we require the address of the person who books and the names of all guests and if under 18 their ages.
6. The total number of people this property can accommodate as guests is 3 under fire safety regulations and insurance purposes. This includes all children under 18, apart from a “babe in arms” (under 6 months old), usually considered to be a child that is unable to move, either by crawling or walking.
