The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious home. 5 bedroom ,3.5 baths with 1 Bedroom KINGSIZE SUITE guesthouse with full kitchen, living area & bathroom! Inground pool, sauna, outdoor shower, well landscaped 2 acre property, with basketball court , smokeless fire pit built into spacious pool patio. Property is centrally located, short drive to lots of restaurants and beaches. Within 5 miles of Old Silver Beach, Falmouth Heights , Main St. Falmouth! Just 2 miles from Mashpee Commons!

Property is newly renovated, new central air/heat system, new furniture and smart tvs in every room. Guest house equipped with full kitchen/ living room and bedroom with king size bed, and spacious deck with patio furniture and grill. Very spacious and private setting . Main house has one queen bedroom with private bathroom ,three guest rooms each have 2 full sized beds ,one room has bunkbed with pullout trundle. House is set back off main road fully fenced in yard and very secluded. Big well landscaped property for guests to enjoy . Hammock in backyard for guests to relax on! The maximum amount of guests is 10, upon request you may be allowed additional guests at a fee of $50 per person per night over 10 guests.

Make your stay more memorable with Mirror Photo Booth available for guests , with instructions how to use. Peloton bike available for guests .Guest station in house will have menus for local restaurants, ferry schedules to visit Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, and other attractions available like Falmouth fireworks. Many beautiful golf courses in town to enjoy as well. Pool and patio area will be fully furnished, smokeless fire pit, Weber grill, blackstone grill and propane tanks will be available. Guest house does have a small water heater allowing consistent hot water for about 5 minutes , than it will need time to heat back up. Each guest is responsible for cleaning and covering grills. Refilling propane tanks will be responsibility of each guest that wishes to use. Propane heater available for patio area. Floats and accessories for pool and patio area. Pool is closed from October 1st and opened back up Memorial Day weekend.
