The apartment is located at Brunnenmarkt near the hip Yppenplatz, 10 minutes by tramway from the 1st district.

The cozy room (ca. 11m2) has a double bed (120x200), its own toilet and sink, and a separate apartment access. It is located in the upper part of the maisonette, as well as the living room with fireplace and piano and the stairs to the roof terrace with a view from the Vienna mountains to Stephansdom

The flatmate lives downstairs, where there's also a shared kitchen, bathroom and WC.

The lovely apartment is decorated with many plants and spaces to linger. Since it is completely oriented to the courtyard, you get a good rest.
The bedroom is cozy small with south window and comfortable for sleeping. With your own toilet and sink and apartment access, you have your own area of about 20 m2. Additionally on the same floor is the open living room with a cozy fireplace available for resting, working, hanging out, etc. If there are more guests, there is an additional sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. As it's a maisonette so you basically have one floor for yourself
The roof terrace offers a relaxed atmosphere and great view to take a pause from the busy city and if the weather is suitable, there is enough cushion for an overnight stay outside.

The flatmate lives downstairs, where there's also a shared kitchen, bathroom and WC. You will need to go through her room to the bathroom.

In the apartment also lives a cuddly old cat that neither scratches nor bites. However, it may happen that you would like to be fed by you, if you have the whole apartment for yourself (details would follow if necessary ;) ).

Right from the front door is the Brunnenmarkt with delicious food stalls, as well as numerous supermarkets and stores. Also nearby is the Yppenplatz with farmer's market on weekends and nice cafes and restaurants, as well as table tennis tables and playgrounds. Despite the busy environment, the apartment is very quiet due to the courtyard location.
