Kindly upload valid IDs of all registered guests prior to check-in, as required by the property management.
Please be advised that visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted to enter the unit. They may meet you at the lobby or designated common areas, subject to property management rules.
Your cooperation will help ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in.
2. Long-Term Guests
Please upload a valid ID for each registered guest. If a lease agreement will be prepared for notarization, kindly provide the necessary documents and information to facilitate its preparation.
3. Utilities and Electricity Consumption
All utilities are included in the rental rate, making your stay convenient and worry-free.
However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving electricity. Our rates are already very competitive compared with hotel accommodations, so please remember to turn off the air conditioner, lights, and other electrical appliances whenever you leave the unit.
For Monthly Stays:
The monthly rental rate includes electricity consumption of up to an average of ₱4,000 per month. Should the actual electricity bill exceed this amount, the excess consumption will be charged to the guest and requested through Airbnb, with supporting billing documentation provided.

Cleanliness is Godliness. we appreciate you throwing your trash in the garbage room right across the elevator and putting everything back in its original place.
SECURITY DEPOSIT.
No security deposit will be made. However, a damage compensation request will be opened during your stay or after the final check-out. This is to be done thru the Resolution Center, www.airbnb.com/resolutions. Thank you, and enjoy your stay!
TOILETRIES/PERSONAL NECESSITIES
Our room rate is way way far below hotel rates, yet you experience the ambiance of a hotel, the name Cheap Cozy is derived.
In liue of the low rate, we appreciate you bringing your own toiletries, dish washing liquid, and condiments. (7-Eleven is open 24/7 inside Azure).
Extra towels, bedsheets, and blankets provided for long0term stay ( 3 weeks or more). Extra sheets/ blankets (short term)- P500.00 for laundry fee and service charge of personnel
> Stained towels penalty P500.00
Please do not use the towels to wipe off make up or hair dye etc. Please use a tissue or paper towels which you may avail at any convenience stores inside the premises.
° KEY
We appreciate you taking care of our keys. Should you fail to return or lose the key, we'll be obliged to change the entire bolt lock and charge the total cost including labor.
°Guests booking in behalf of their friends or relatives, please send us the name of the contact person checking in and their contact numbers. ( We'll be the one to contact them 1 to 2 days prior to check in schedule). We will not entertain calls not endorsed by the primary guest. Please make sure to orient your guest regarding house rules, check in procedure, wifi password and unit number. We avoid sending infos to avoid confusion and blunder since there are several guests checking in all at the same time everyday to different units.
° PARTIES/ EVENTS
Should you wish to hold a simple birthday party or anniversaries, please feel free to enjoy. However, putting back drop or stickers on the walls is prohibited. Any mark or damage on the paint will be subject to damage compensation.
Please take note any violation to house rules or condominium policy will reflect on your account and subject to penalty of P5,000.00
CHECK-IN.
* Check-in is 2pm to 3am. No early check-in, since more often than not, there are existing guests.
Kindly read Check-in Procedure for detailed instructions. Proceed to the condo lobby/ Concierge for assistace.
* CHECK-OUT.
NO EXTENSIONS. Overstaying will be charged Php500 per hour or a fraction thereof. Please be considerate for the upcoming guest.
Check-out is on or before 1pm. A gentle reminder, other guests are usually scheduled to check in so we appreciate your timely check-out. Kindly inform us via SMS /Viber/Whats-app/ Airbnb, of your check-out time. Condo staffs are not allowed to hold unit owner's keys. Airbnb is built on TRUST and RELATIONSHIPS. Should the cleaner be late, turn off all appliances and leave the key inside the microwave oven and close the door tightly. As a host, we have full confidence that guests will take care of everything inside this abode, and will not take any stuff out for souvenir.
