Located in a residential area, it’s a ground floor apartment looking into a 15m2 private yard.
A cozy, practical and family friendly apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, LCD 32" Android TV and fast Internet.
200 meters to an organized sandy beach with sunbeds, drinks and snacks.
500 meters to the village square with bakery, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Ride the bus or park your car and walk your way to the beach in Nea Fokea OR use it as a base to explore Halkidiki, Sani, Afytos.

Easy access for strollers, kids and older people through 1 meter wide stairs. You enter the apartment through the balcony in just 4 steps.

Bedroom
Large bedroom with a big closet, a make up mirror and draws, Double bed 160 X 200 with a quality IKEA mattress and a ceiling fan.
The bedroom has independent access to the balcony/entry/exit.

Living room
2 beds 100 X 200 with quality JYSK Mattress S50 pocket springs 250m2 , ceiling fan and air condition. 32" Android TV with build in Chrome Cast for music or movies, and SAT TV (HotBird Free Channels).

Kitchen
Fully equipped, including a 145x60 refrigerator/freezer, stove with 2 heating elements, microwave, Dishwasher, fast boil kettle, coffee machine, 3 casseroles, 2 frying pans, spaghetti drainer....

Balcony
A tent for shade, and a bush fence for privacy while in the balcony.
A wooden table with two directors wooden chairs and two additional quality plastic chairs.

Internet
ADSL line dedicated for the apartment (not shared) with an actual download performance of about on 10MNBps -14MBps.

Mosquitos
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets! On the white furniture there are also devices to keep the mosquitos away.

Heating/Cooling.
There is a 12,000 BTU Air Conditioner unit installed in the living room that covers the entire apartment in terms of Cooling/Heating.

Ceiling Fans
Both Bedroom and Living room have a ceiling fan installed that will help you keep the apartment cool with or without the A/C.

Linens & Towels:
Each guest is provided with a set of linens and towels for body/hair/hands and 1 floor towel for the shower. There are summer blankets in the closet that you are welcome to use.

Washing Machine for Linens and your Laundry!
You are welcome to use for washing machine for towels, linens but also for your own clothes.

WC/Shower
Shampoo, body shower, hand soap, kids shampoo/shower and toilette paper are provided.

Cleaning
Upon arrival the apartment will be clean! There is everything you need in the house to self cater for cleaning....vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, broom and chemicals.

Beach Gear & Beach Towels
Beach Chairs and Beach umbrella is available in the apartment and you are welcome to use them!
Beach Towels are NOT provided. Please remember to bring your own.

A residential area with privately owned small apartments and about 500 meters to the center of this small town with a supermarket, butcher, fresh fish and vegetables shop, bakery, coffee place, and restaurants with homemade food or barbeque.
Only 200 meters to the beach front, 300 meters from several good fish taverns, and bars by the sea.
Located in Kassandra, the first peninsula of Halkidiki, in less that 10Km you can visit Kalithea, a traditional village namely Afytos Athytos, and Sani Beach Resort,
Sani Beach Resort is one of the top 50 resort hotels in the world and rated from Trip Advisor amongst the top destinations for family vacations.
Sani Resort is accessible to all outside guests and you visit the marina with shops, restaurants, bars, the beach bar Bousoulas, the kids playground, or rent a bicycle and ride in a car free area.

We get the sun all year round and even our winters are mild. You can see the average weather conditions for each month Apr-Oct below.
