Just in front of the condo is the famous surf spot, "The Rock" while a quick 2 minute walk will get you to "Zippers" and "Old Mans." Other activities to enjoy while visiting include, tennis, swimming/hot tub, and snorkeling. The beautiful grounds also have an area with beachfront lounge chairs/umbrellas. NO SMOKING
