The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

Brownville Park on the Peace River is about 5 minutes away, and Morgan Park on the Peace River is about 10 minutes away. If you're going through Arcadia try Martin's Country market for a delicious Cuban sandwich or head down to Joshua Creek Citrus for orange flavored soft serve ice cream . This house does not have TVs at this time.

Welcome to the Country Villa, a peaceful, two bedroom one and a half bathroom house built in 2007 by Italian snowbirds. Enjoy the outdoor dining area surrounded by tropical trees and plants. There are bird of paradise, bougainvilleas and avocado trees to name a few... The villa is situated in the middle of almost two acres so there's plenty of room for your boat or horse trailer. This is a no TV home but there is Wi-Fi so come relax and unwind!
