My cottage is centrally located in Otterton, with the River Otter, the shop, The King’s Arms and Otterton Mill all within 5 minutes walk. In the other direction is the easily accessible coast path with cliff walks to Exmouth and Sidmouth. The (walkable) beach is Ladram Bay, a Holiday Park.

Conway Cottage is a 17th century thatched cottage with a large garden in the idyllic village of Otterton, Devon. The Annexe is a self-contained guest suite, with living room/diner, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, fully equipped, recently modernised and redecorated. Ideal for a couple or for a family with two small children as there is a double sofa-bed in the living room. Just outside the French doors is a patio with table and barbecue for summer dining. Parking on drive.
