Wake up refreshed in the soothing pastel bedroom, then step out onto the terrace for a morning coffee. This light-filled urban hideaway sits right next to the famous Michael's tower, yet in a quiet street on the pedestrian zone, away from the noise, giving you the atmosphere of the Old Town. It features abundant house plants for a fresh, natural feel. Our IKEA FREE apartment has been available since July 2018 and it has been newly furnished and renovated. Our place is perfect for couples, family or business travellers. The terrace is accessible both from the living room and bedroom and it is definitely the highlight of this apartment. The apartment has brand new furniture with an amazing American Boxspring king size bed, as well as new A/C and a smart TV with Netflix account so you can watch countless movies, series and documents. You can also use the large 140cm sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove & oven, kettle, coffee machine, microvawe and dish washer. The 1,5 bathroom means that there is one large bathroom including sink and bathtub with shower (no toilett) and additionaly there is a separate toilett. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is a new glass elevator in the building. We care a lot about the enviroment so we separate all of the trash. Also, you dont need to buy water in plastic bottles as Slovakia is the country with one of best quality tap water in the world. Slovakia is the second country in Europe (after Austria) with the largest reserves of drinking water. And why IKEA FREE? Because it is too easy to go to one place and buy everything what you need for one apartment. We think this beautiful flat deserves better and that is why everything you will see here has been collected from various shops and suppliers, and some pieces were made by ourselves. It was much more work and time consuming, but hopefully you will see the difference. Made with big love!:) You will have access to the whole apartment without any restrictions. If we are in town, we will personally check you in and make sure you have an absolutely amazing stay in this beautiful city. We will gladly show you around the city and share with you our local tips about where to eat, drink, have fun etc:) Bastova is the narrowest street in Bratislava, a quiet spot in the pedestrian zone steps from the main restaurants, pubs, sightseeing, and nightlife in the Old Town. There are some cafes on Bastova street, as well as an ayurvedic massage centre. Just walk around the historical city centre or take one of the cute sightseeing buses. The nearest tram stop is just 100m or 1 min walk away. We will surely help with directions from the bus or train station or from the Bratislava or Vienna airport. Parking - the apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town on the pedestrian zone so you will not be able to arrive to the building by car. However, you can use some of the parking garages located very near to the apartment or try park on the streets nearby. We can offer you parking in the garage Centrum (300m from the flat) and there are two options: 1. If you will not move your car during your stay - get your ticket when entering the garage, pay us 15 EUR per day and we will validate your ticket when leaving the garage 2. If you will use your car during your stay, pay the garage directly 19 EUR per day when arriving The normal price for walk in clients at the garage is 25 EUR per day. Transport - we can pick you up/drop you off at the Vienna airport (50 EUR), Bratislava airport (15 EUR), Budapest airport or city (150 EUR) or Vienna city centre (70 EUR). The maximum capacity is 4 people. The apartment is spacious, sunny and has a lot of character. You will certainly enjoy staying here! Please be aware, that even though Bastova is a quiet street, the terrace, living room and bedroom are facing the street and mainly during weekend nights, there might be a sporadic noise coming from drunken tourists passing the street. Please note that we are required to collect the city tax which has to be paid on arrival in cash and it is 1,70 EUR per per person per night. Thank you for your understanding.
