One bedroom in a single- family home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the Milton area. We are 10 minutes from the Tacoma Dome and 15 from the Tacoma Water Front. The bedroom has a queen size bed, work-space, smart TV, and wi-fi along with a mini fridge and microwave.The kitchen has a full size stove, microwave, and coffee/tea area. There is a small backyard & patio. 420 okay. Laundry room, kitchen and restroom are shared spaces. We have a dog. And we are about 1 mile from CDL school.
