You’ll be welcome in my historical house in the centre of Milan with an amazing view over the city from a terrace luxuriant of flowers and trees. Here, after a spritz with apetizers, you’ll eat the delicious dishes you prepared: pasta, ravioli, tiramisù that come with an excellent wine and limoncello prepared with my own terrace’s lemons. I will reveal you all the secrets about tagliatelle and the famous ravioli so that you will go back home as an authentic Italian chef. What about bringing a very sweet memory from Italy, one that will always be in your heart? The secret of the classic tiramisù, a family recipe that follows the one of its creator: soft, sweet, delicious and unique! Your friends home will be surprised when you will serve them homemade plates you learned following typical italian recipes in an unique and rare location; the fun experience will leave an unforgettable and marvellous memory. THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible. We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana. Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines. All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.

Contattaci prima di effettuare la prenotazione per valutare la disponibilità di date e orari anche differenti dalla programmazione! Le lezioni inizieranno con un breve riscaldamento ginnico e un riscaldamento completo sulla tavola. Grazie a questo sapremo valutare ogni caso in base ad abilità, esperienza e attitudine allo sport per sviluppare un piano di esercizi. A seguito del riscaldamento verranno proposti esercizi per sviluppare la capacità di ogni singolo utente. Ogni esercizio sarà composto da una breve introduzione teorica, ripetizioni da parte dell’utente, valutazione e correzione, altre ripetizioni sino alla completa acquisizione dell’abilità in esame, necessaria per passare all’esercizio successivo. Nel caso di bambini gli esercizi saranno maggiormente ludici, mentre nel caso di adulti gli esercizi saranno volti alla comprensione dei movimenti e del loro controllo. In quest’ultimo caso la spiegazione sarà volta alla comprensione completa dell’esercizio in modo che l’utente, se interessato, possa svolgere gli esercizi anche in autonomia. Al termine degli esercizi, prima della chiusura della lezione ci sarà una sessione di stretching dinamico volta al defaticamento e la raccolta di feedback sull’esperienza.

Prepariamo e mangiamo insieme il risotto alla milanese in una strepitosa private home (è presente l'aria condizionata.) Vivo in un palazzo del XVIII secolo a pochi passi dai Navigli, una location bellissima, una grande dimora antica nel cuore della città. Ti aspetterò lì e ti insegnerò a preparare il vero risotto alla milanese con tutti i suoi segreti e alcuni altri risotti tipici italiani, semplicissimi ma incredibilmente buoni. Al tuo ritorno i tuoi amici rimarranno sorpresi quando cucinerai per loro i deliziosi piatti italiani preparati con le tue stesse mani Ti darò il benvenuto con un classico aperitivo milanese, ricco di stuzzichini salati, salumi e assaggi vari. Poi, dopo aver cucinato, gusteremo insieme il nostro risotto accompagnandolo con un bel bicchiere di vino rosso o bianco e per terminare un caffè espresso e una dolce sorpresa. Durante la cena, avremo modo di intrattenerci facendo conversazione: aneddoti e curiosità sui prodotti italiani, i segreti delle ricette ma anche tips sulla vita, le abitudini e lo stile milanese, lo shopping e la cultura locale. Guests will be hosted in our interior design studio in Milan for an inspiring dinner. We will be serving food cooked with fresh local ingredients as well as drinks such as natural wine and craft beer. At arrival, guests will be offered a drink and they’ll have a chance to look around the studio, learn about ongoing and past projects and understand the philosophy behind our design approach. After a casual aperitif, guests will be served dishes, cooked by me, that are inspired by traditional italian recipes but with an international twist that showcase my travels. The philosophy and the aesthetics of my brand, Flatwig Studio, will be expressed in the recipes. The space is our office, the place where we usually work during the week; you will be able to see our work in progress, a material library, magazines, books and catalogs. It will be a true glimpse into the world of a designer. The dinner is a gateway to a tableware exhibition. The pieces exhibited are a mix between contemporary and vintage, all unique and curated by the studio. Guests will have the opportunity to purchase their favorite pieces. The table setup is the star of the experience, as it will be meticulously and uniquely laid out. The experience is open to everybody, even those who have zero knowledge about the world of design!

Narra la leggenda che fu un povero contadino giapponese a creare il primo kokedama: non potendosi permettere un vaso per le proprie piantine, decise di avvolgere le loro radici in sfere di terra fertile e drenante e ricoprirle con muschio fresco fissato con spago. Silvia, presso il suo negozio Ifiorinellarete situato in Vico dei Lavandai (uno degli scorci milanesi più suggestivi in assoluto!) ti insegnerà a creare il tuo kokedama, svelandoti inoltre i segreti per mantenerlo a lungo sano e rigoglioso tramite semplici e amorevoli cure.

We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 8 days after the session. If you want a private photoshoot, a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. Dopo aver messo in acqua la barca ed armato le vele, proveremo a sfruttare la forza del vento per dirigere verso alcune delle più belle località turistiche del lago di Como: Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio. Impareremo i nomi delle vele e delle manovre, le regolazioni della vela randa e del genoa secondo la provenienza del vento e l'andatura della barca; vi illustrerò come tenere il timone e lo scafo sempre veloce con le vele regolate per sfruttare al massimo la pressione dell'aria. Faremo prove di ormeggio al gavitello, ed in banchina. Proveremo il cambio delle vele secondo l'intensità del vento e dell'andatura della barca, in modo tale che a fine giornata l'ospite avrà una panoramica generale di cosa voglia dire sfruttare il vento per muoversi sull'acqua in sicurezza. Sì perchè farò accenno anche a cosa si deve fare e non fare in mare per poter sempre veleggiare in completa sicurezza ed evitare episodi spiacevoli quando le condizioni meteorologiche cambiano anche improvvisamente. Non mancheranno i momenti di relax, e perchè no, un tuffo in acqua se la giornata lo permetterà. A differenza dei corsi di vela veri e propri, non prevedo lezioni specifiche suddivise in più giornate, in quanto non è lo scopo dell'esperienza: che sarà provare la sensazione e capire cosa vuol dire andare a vela sfruttando qualcosa che non si vede ma solo si sente: il vento, il vero motore della barca. Altre cose da tenere a mente E' richiesto agli ospiti di saper nuotare o stare a galla, e di avere confidenzialità con l'acqua. Non esiste il pericolo di soffrire di mal di mare.

We enjoy a walk of the picturesque village and surrounding, as much as possible off the beaten track, taking in the wonderful lake and mountains view!!. Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno per poi imbarcarci dal pontile privato. Ospiteremo un massimo di 10 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Durante il Boat Party con musica e open bar vi offriremo ottimo Prosecco, avremo a disposizione anche soft drink e acqua. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella e Villa Balbiano, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno.
