This fully self contained granny flat is set on acreage. 10 minutes from Ipswich, Close to Rail. 15 minutes to Willowbank and Queensland Raceway. 30 minutes from Hiddenvale MTB. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba all around 1 hour drive. There is ample parking down the side of the property for large vehicles and trailers. Our family home is located adjacent to the granny flat. We are available whenever required. Within reason. The space is yours to enjoy along with our swimming pool.

We are located approximately 2kms from the highway, making it easy to explore Lockyer Valley, Somerset, and Ipswich. A 10-minute drive will take you to Rosewood and Marburg's local shops. Trailer parking is available if needed. If you are booking for two people who require separate bedrooms, a minimum booking of two nights is required.
