The apartment is a three bedrooms apartment, two of them are rented separately during the winter and i am using the third one. There are 2 separate bathrooms and the guests have the access to one of them. Kitchen, living room are places not private which can be used by guests. The flat is in a part of the city which is easy to walk to almost any nice part of the city.

If you are looking for a quiet and sunny space to work during the day and with great access to town this apartment is for you. You will share this space with just more person and have access to an equipped kitchen, sunny balcony, an office with fast internet and gym equipment.

Just outside your door, there is a lot of commerce, restaurants and supermarkets within 3 min walking distance. The Subway and the bus station are also within 4min walking.
