A bathroom, with shower and a full size bath Double garage a washing machine and dryer is available for guest to use. Fully equipped kitchen. With the double glazing and insulation makes it very quiet and warm. Heat Pump for heat and cooling. 2 degrees cell phones only work through the wifi.

Cosy Red Farm Cottage

The cottage is situated on our 312 hectare deer/cattle/sheep farm 24 kms East of Gore. We are 1 hour to Invercargill, 2 hours to Dunedin and Te Anau, 2 1/2 hours to Queenstown and 1 hour from the Catlins. We have the well known fishing river The Waipahi and the Kaiwera Stream running the boundary and through the farm with great fishing areas. Private use of these areas are accessible to guests as well as use of the hut for convenience whilst fishing.
