Bring in the day amid wood surfaces and classic cabinetry in a bright kitchen as you cook a delectable breakfast to enjoy on the garden patio. Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room, additional single inflatable floor mattress & travel cot (if needed). We provide fresh bedding & towels and even though we don’t offer breakfast we also provide fresh bread, butter, milk and bottled water on arrival. We are dog friendly for which blankets, dog bowls, treats etc are also provided. In addition to this we also have a private lawned/patio area to the side of the annex which can be made completely secure for dogs or children. You will have the use of the entire bungalow, off street parking & private garden with lawned/patio area to the side of the annex. We are on hand should guests need us or have any queries, but we also respect our guests privacy. The home is located in a country setting in Farrington Gurney, just down the road from the Farrington Park Golf Club. A handful of quaint eateries and pubs are all nearby, as is the local produce and bakery at the Farrington Farm Shop. If arriving by car then off street parking is available for 1 or more cars. The main bus route is located on the A37 which is about a 5/10 minute walk from the property. If you are looking to go further, Wells is about 10 miles, City of Bath is 8 Miles and Bristol is approximately 15 miles, all by car/bus.

The Stables is a newly converted building across the courtyard from the main house, full of period character. It consists of one double galleried bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a ground floor twin bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower and full bath, ground floor sitting room with a smart TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining table. Please note that the bedroom features a low beam and is accessed via stairs. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
