Kettlebell Sports is an unusual event that began in Russia and is currently enjoyed in 30 countries around the world. The "Russia Kettlebell Sports" is a time to learn how to exercise authentic Kettlebell and experience Russian Kettlebell sports culture at the same time.

We don't just work out! Beginners can enjoy it enough, so don't worry and apply even if you're a beginner in sports. :)

[The Host's Greeting]

I'm the host of the ‘House of Strength’, Haneol. I am a member of the Kettlebell Academy (KETA) located in St. Petersburg, Russia, and certified Kettlebell sports coach. I started exercising as a general public in my 20s and participated in several international competitions, becoming the first Korean to qualify for the Kettlebell Sports Professional (MS rank). Now, I am engaged in various activities related to my body and mind.

[Introduction the House of Strength]

The overall architectural structure of the ‘House of Strength’ was influenced by the ancient Persian gym Zurkhaneh. The Zurkaneh, an ancient Persian warrior's athletic space, features a high dome structure, a circular space dented 1 meter deep for exercise, stairs for members' viewing and conversation, a space for music performance and a unique frame-filled wall.

Very memorable and unique experience! Joohyun is very professional at kettleball and you can definanately feel the passion and professionalism. The training is not a very easy one, so be prepared to take the challenge if you don't have any basic knowledge. But if strength it's exactly what you are looking for, you dont wanna miss it.

I had a lot of fun! It was a great workout that you can adapt to your fitness level and the level of exertion you're looking for. Ideal mix of strength training and cardio exercices. I highly recommend it!
