Very memorable and unique experience! Joohyun is very professional at kettleball and you can definanately feel the passion and professionalism. The training is not a very easy one, so be prepared to take the challenge if you don't have any basic knowledge. But if strength it's exactly what you are looking for, you dont wanna miss it.

I had a lot of fun! It was a great workout that you can adapt to your fitness level and the level of exertion you're looking for. Ideal mix of strength training and cardio exercices. I highly recommend it!
