We will meet in my cozy, townhouse in Historic Louisville. The relaxed indoor outdoor atmosphere in my converted garage/yoga studio provides the perfect setting for our yoga practice. I will provide the yoga instruction, and mat . We will practice Vinyasa yoga together for 45 minutes. No mirrors, no judgement, no worries!
After yoga, we will take a short walk from my house to Agave, a local downtown Louisville hangout. There we will enjoy easy conversation and a glass of vino, or other beverage of your choice on their outdoor patio! :)

My cozy home provides the perfect relaxed environment to set your intention for your practice, and let everything else melt away! I will provide hand sanitizer and sanitized equipment for you to use. I have masks for us to wear and we will stay 10’ apart during the yoga practice.
After Vinyasa, we will walk a few blocks to Agave, a hot spot on Main Street Louisville, for some safe, social-distancing people watching & vino!
