The Secrets of Parmigiano Reggiano Full
At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products.

We will show you every secret to achieve an amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin star restaurant.
I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city). After many experience in Michelin star restaurant as a chef, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta.
We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we are going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch!
I will teach you many different kind of pasta shapes as:
-Tortelli
-Tagliatelle
-Fettuccine and a lot more :)
A wonderful experience about the magical word of pasta.
Of course, at the end we are going to enjoy together some amazing pasta dishes.
I will show you how to prepare few different sauces for our amazing pasta!

We will meet in Santa Maria Novella station and we will take you in our house. The Journey takes just 20 minutes.We’ll explore the rich flavors of Italian cuisine in this interactive cooking class in a hillside woodland home. Together we’ll prepare different kinds of pasta from scratch,sauces, then learn how to make a traditional Italian dessert in a very friendly way .We’ll kick off lunch with a selection of Italian snacks with aperitivo before tasting our culinary creations.During the experience we will offer you ,free of charge, wine. Our meal will feature seasonal local herbs and of course you will taste our Oil .You'll enjoy a day outside from the noise of the city a non-turistic experience. EACH PARTICIPANT WILL MAKE HIS OWN PASTA THEN WE WILL COOK IT IN THE SAME POT TO BEEN SHARE IT , THEN WITH THE REST OF THER GROUP LIKE AN ITALIAN FAMILY.

Truffle hunting in Chianti hills
Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery.
We will go to find truffles in our Woods. You ' ll return to Florence in the end.

The Cooking Lab - Cooking Class in Firenze
A full immersion in a real tuscan kitchen. We will start from the best ingredients and together we will discover how to prepare home made pasta, appetizers, and desserts from the best local tradition.
After a welcome drink we will start prepearing our meal together.
You will learn how to make 2 different kinds of home made pasta and enjoy the famous "coccoli" appetizer together. And of course we cannot miss a traditional cake, what about tiramisù?
Once the food is ready we will taste our creations together accompanied by some good local chianti wine.
Feel free to take some time after lunch to discuss about what we made, suggestion and tips for your holiday in Tuscany or just for some relax!

We invite you to spend a relaxing day on our organic hilltop luxury farm in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees.
For a day you will get away from the crowds, heat, noise and queues. Enjoy a day of nature, incredible views, friendly people, great food and wine!
Our experience starts in Florence Santa Maria Novella Central Station where you will meet and we will help you buy the train tickets to San Miniato. The train ride to San Miniato will take 40 minutes.
Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our vineyard and olive grown. We'll visit the gardens to gather ingredients for our lunch, which we'll prepare together. You'll find out how traditional Tuscan cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn.
During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil.
After lunch you're welcome to kick back in the garden, take a swim in our 20 meters infinity pool filled with salted water (the pool is open form May to September), or stroll up to see a remote little church.

3 Wineries: Tuscan Wine Tour
Each group is of maximum of 7-8 people
Wine tour in Chianti, 3 wineries.
You will be picked up in front of the Biblioteca Nazionale, P. dei Cavalleggeri, Firenze - always ask for TUSCANYTOURTIME BY ANGELA and we will drive about 40 minutes through the amazing tuscan countryside where you can admire the famous rolling hills and spectacular views of the Chianti shire.
We will visit 3 family boutique wineries and along with the owners we will see all the wine-making process from the fermentation to the aging cellars, immersed in a postcard landscape all day long. If you are interested in enjoying the local wines, with all information about everything it is the wine tour for you!
You will learn how to properly taste wine and how to distinguish different types of wine and of different ages.
We will enjoy superb wines and also a light lunch so come thirsty and with an empty belly!
It is an excellent experience if you want to learn more about wine, wine tasting, and of course to try some of the best wines in the Chianti region with real experts.

BALSAMIC VINEGAR FOOD EXPERIENCE
Nonantola (Campazzo) in The province of Modena,(Maranello FERRARI CAR -20 min) about half an hour in the Northwest of Bologna,(DUCATI MOTORBIKE,35 min, LAMBORGHINI CAR 10 min) is the only and exclusive area in the world where Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena (ABTM D.O.P.) is produced, a traditional Emilian cuisine made with Cooked grape must, naturally fermented and vinegarizated, nothing is added and then aged for at least twelve(12) years or Twenty five (25) and until fifty years or more. You will be immersed in a tasting experience (10 different kinds of aged vinegar) and understanding of the aging process of this Masterpiece of Italian culinary tradition. On Request IN ADVANCE (2 days at least) at the end of the visit you could taste the flavours of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena in typical dishes (crescentine, prosciutto, salame, formaggio, Parmigiano Reggiano, vino, frittata, fragole, caffè, liquore) and you could buy a Giugiaro bottle of 100 ml of 12 or 25 years old vinegar, both at a special price

My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2023, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas.
I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique.
Afterwards, they will enjoy a full dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live.
I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense.
The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines.
If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed.

My Tuscan Ceramic with a master potter
If you are looking for an out of the binaries experience to do something new and special, you are in the right place!
I will be happy to make you experience the day-life of an artisan, bringing you inside a pottery factory and then discovering the feel of clay manipulating.
We first will meet in my shop in Montelupo Fiorentino, opened for 20 years in a historical village known all over the world for its ceramic production. Montelupo is situated precisely in the middle of Pisa and Florence so it is easily reachable by train or by car in about a half-hour from both sides. It is a beautiful village and I hope you will love it as I do!
From the shop we will go together to the factory where I will show you the cycle of production of Italian handmade pottery, telling you the history behind and explaining all the techniques.
If you want, there is also the possibility to design and purchase something new that will be custom made for you by our artisans!
After the factory, it will be your turn! We will go back to the shop where my father will be happy to teach you how to make your pottery piece.
Don't worry if you never used a wheel, the course is funny and satisfying for everyone!
And as icing on the cake your creation will be fired and shipped to your house, to have a tangible memory of the experience but above all to have a piece of Tuscany at home!

I will meet you at one of Florence’s colourful markets and will guide you through it, teaching you how to select the best quality ingredients and pick the freshest vegetables, meats, cheeses & fruits. We will have fun sampling Parmigiano, Prosciutto, Extra Virgin Live Oil, Balsamic Vinegar and much more!
Then in the kitchen I will demonstrate how to prepare the dishes but you will have the opportunity to be hands on with everything. You will make your own pasta from scratch, your own pizza dough, your own risotto, antipasti, meat dishes or purely vegetarian. The feast will end with learning how to make your own Italian deserts: Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, Torta di Ricotta con Frutti di Bosco o Ciocolato! You'll be able to experience the local way of eating and drinking in Bologna thanks to this experience!
We'll take you through a gastronomic journey which will make you discover what are the hidden places and food that only the locals knows and that you must try!
The goal is to share with you what exactly our typical day would be, the classic outing we do with our friends and family, surprising your appetite and taste buds with + 15 foods and wine tastings!
We'll start with a proper Italian breakfast in the best pasticceria in town!
Then we will move on directly purchasing and tasting cold cuts, cheeses and breads, many different types but all belonging to the Area of Bologna, always accompanied by local wine.
Then walking through the old town centre, we'll try two iconic homemade pasta in a classical Osteria Bolognese, always paired with another local wine.
We will conclude with the best gelato in town!
There will be a surprise tasting in the middle of the experience, which will give you the opportunity to taste another emilian tradition.

Bologna, Medieval town and modern vibes
Our journey around Bologna starts between Bologna centrale and one of the main gates Porta Galliera portal of the former outer medieval walls of the city of Bologna. Here we discover the dark past of post WW2 events and the joyful liberal future of Bologna, we’ll be marching through Via Indipendenza to the cutest secret of Bologna so-called Finestrella, and then we discover student quarters, the University of Bologna, Piazza Verdi and Jewish ghetto.
Do you know what else is cool about Bologna? Porticos! And we are going to pass under so many of them. Later on, we discover the story of Le Tre Frecce and Sette chiese. What else? The two towers! Story, secret and superstition about them.
The next stop is one of the well-preserved squares in Italy Piazza Maggiore, I’ll tell you about the Neptune statue, San Petronio, a prison that became a library and an interesting secret that I won't spoil here because you'll discover it with your ears.
I’ll be also telling you about the region itself in general! Economic situation, culture, cuisine all of Italy! Best gelato and food locations! And after all, if you want to be a pasta maker yourself I can show you some shops where to buy tools to shape your own pasta!
Bologna is a small city but like any other Italian city wonders that its cover can't fit in this description so let's go and discover Bologna on the most area-covering tour!
Explore Bologna and all of its secrets
We'll start off with the cheeky secret hidden in the Fountain of Neptune!
Then, I'll tell you all about the biggest church in Bologna, Saint Petronius.
After, just a short walk away, we'll go to the Archiginnasio Library, a spectacular demonstration of Italian Architecture. I'll take you to the Anatomical Theater as well; tickets are offered by me! A historical masterpiece, it's where medical students learned Anatomy, directly from the human bodies in front of them! (closed on Sundays)
You can't visit Bologna without going to the Two Towers! I'll take you there and let you know the particular story that's behind its construction.
After showing you some of my favorite spots, we'll go to Via delle Pescherie Vecchie, and enter into the world Bologna is famous for: food! Situated in the center, this street is filled with restaurants and markets. By now, you'll probably be hungry so I'll recommend the best Italian restaurants!
Of course, we can't miss the university district as well, where we'll also head into the ex-Jewish Ghetto of Bologna.

ll tour vi permetterà di visitare i principali siti d'interesse paesaggistico della Toscana. Visiteremo insieme la Val d’Orcia e in particolare la zona delle Crete senesi, il Site transitoire, l’area dell’Agriturismo Baccoleno, il paesino di Chiusure, i cipressi di San Quirico, la meravigliosa città di Pienza (patrimonio dell’Unesco), il punto dove hanno girato il film Il Gladiatore (Pieve di Corsignano / Agriturismo Terrapille), la sorprendente Bagno Vignoni e infine Poggio Covili.
Il tour dura 7 ore. Si può scegliere di partire di mattina o di pomeriggio.
Il tour di mattina (orario 10-17) prevede il pranzo a Pienza (non compreso nel prezzo) con degustazione di prodotti tipici.
Il tour pomeridiano (orario 14-21) prevede un aperitivo a Pienza (non compreso nel prezzo), una degustazione di pecorini (compresa nel prezzo), la visione del tramonto a Baccoleno.
Il sabato ci troveremo in Piazza Tasso, 10 minuti a piedi da Ponte Vecchio (circa 800 mt). La domenica ci troveremo alla caffetteria di Ponte Santa Trinita, 3 minuti a piedi da Ponte Vecchio (circa 300 mt).

We will meet in Santa Maria Novella station and we will take you in our house. The Journey takes just 20 minutes.We’ll explore the rich flavors of Italian cuisine in this interactive cooking class in a hillside woodland home. Together we’ll prepare different kinds of pasta from scratch,sauces, then learn how to make a traditional Italian dessert in a very friendly way .We’ll kick off lunch with a selection of Italian snacks with aperitivo before tasting our culinary creations.During the experience we will offer you ,free of charge, wine. Our meal will feature seasonal local herbs and of course you will taste our Oil .You'll enjoy a day outside from the noise of the city a non-turistic experience. EACH PARTICIPANT WILL MAKE HIS OWN PASTA THEN WE WILL COOK IT IN THE SAME POT TO BEEN SHARE IT , THEN WITH THE REST OF THER GROUP LIKE AN ITALIAN FAMILY.

Welcome to "the Smallest Pizzeria in the World".
A former pigsty turned pizzeria, this ancient venue is just large enough to host a wood-fired oven and one communal table that seats 7.
Paolo and Angela have been hosting friends and family in this unique space for bottomless pizza tastings & collaborative pizza rolling for the past 6 years. That's about 2,880 pizzas, give or take.
During the night you'll be able to observe the preparations, take part if you'd like, taste over 12 different pizzas, pair them with different local wines and beers, and enjoy the atmosphere of an authentic Tuscan family night.

Proponiamo una visita con spiegazione presso l’Antica Acetaia, seguita da una ricca degustazione del nostro amato prodotto inserito all’interno di un vero e proprio pranzo.
Verrete accolti da Mario e Giorgio Gambigliani Zoccoli, che vi presenteranno la storia della famiglia, dell’azienda agricola, dell'Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena D.O.P. e le sue tecniche produttive. Proseguirete con la visita all’Acetaia presente nel sottotetto della Villa dove vi verranno svelati alcuni segreti sulla degustazione e l’uso gastronomico dell’ABTM D.O.P.
