Traditional croft house, East Gerinish, South Uist

Built around 1850, the house has been in Frank’s family since. The house sits above a rocky bay on Loch Shielavaig and has views of Hecla and Skye. The area is ideal for anyone with a love of peace and quiet and the outdoors. Walking, fishing (licences can be obtained locally), bird watching, photography, or just relaxing. Horse riding at Uist Riding School, Benbecula and North Uist Outdoor Centre has canoeing and other water sports. We love it and hope you do too. Please see important notes.
