The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. This is a great location for bird enthusiasts as we have heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house The loft has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle etc. Access is via an external spiral staircase
