The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth, fields and tin mines near the Bissoe bike trail. There is a private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking for 3 vehicles, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a busy day at the local beaches.
