Cosy Studio Cottage near Cornish Beach

Spend a relaxing break in this comfortable studio retreat on the north coast of Cornwall. High ceilings and sky lights make the cosy space feel bright and cheerful, with lots of natural light pouring in. Enjoy tea on the charming picnic table out front and enjoy the quiet location with only the sound of ducks and wildlife to disturb you! We also have cycle-friendly accommodation status from Cycling UK. As passionate Europeans we welcome guests both from the UK and overseas. This newly renovated building was previously used as a design studio by the owners and provides light and airy self contained accommodation with separate kitchen/dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The studio is situated in the grounds of the owners property and offers an extremely quiet location with only the sound of ducks and wildlife to disturb you! There is private off road parking, along with secure bike/surf board storage. Additionally there is a seating/eating out area directly in front of the accommodation. We will usually be around if required, to offer help, advice and recommendations about places to visit, eat and drink, and help with arranging any activities eg surf lessons, bike hire, golf, horse riding etc. The cottage is just a short drive from the famous surfing beach of Perranporth, popular for its natural tidal pool and Watering Hole bar situated right on the sand. The traditional 17th century Bolingey Inn, is only a 3 minute walk away and serves wonderful food, drink and local ales. The vibrant Cathedral City of Truro with its many bars and restaurants, cinema, theatre and rail station is only 9 miles away and the airport at Newquay is also close by. Getting there: Car - Directions will be provided and parking is available adjacent to the accommodation. Trains - nearest mainline station is Truro 9 miles way with either a bus or taxi link available. Airport - Newquay Airport 13 miles away. Coach stations - in both Newquay and Truro The cottage is just a short drive from the famous surfing beach of Perranporth, popular for its natural tidal pool and Watering Hole bar situated right on the sand. The traditional 17th century Bolingey Inn, is only a 3 minute walk away and serves wonderful food, drink and local ales. Our local brewery is a short walk away. The vibrant Cathedral City of Truro with its many bars and restaurants, cinema, theatre and rail station is only 9 miles away and the airport at Newquay is also close by.
