Ideally located to visit local seaside towns; Seaton, Beer, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis. The house is a 3 bedroom semi. There is a brand new shower room (fitted 2022), additional guest WC/laundry room, king size bedroom, double bedroom and third bedroom with two single beds. The house is set in a valley, so the sloped rear garden is not suitable for young children or the elderly. There is a small flat front garden and a children’s play park is around 800m away. X2 great pubs within 10 mins walk.
